1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return:

Contact our support team at contact@angeltoheaven.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the product back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
